The application environment of truss robots cannot be too bad. Most truss robots do not have the function of waterproof, dust-proof and oil proof. If the operation environment of the robot is full of water and dust, it is necessary to clearly communicate with the truss robot manufacturer when purchasing, and purchase a truss robot that is waterproof, dust-proof and oil proof. Otherwise, the robot you buy will not have these functions and will be easily damaged.

Each truss robot needs regular inspection and maintenance, and it is recommended that a special person should take charge of it. Regularly clean the habit of the truss robot, and try to prevent oil contamination and dust, so as not to affect the service life of the truss robot. Do not connect the communication/DC power used in the robot system to other electrical appliances.

The roller and other parts of the truss robot shall be well lubricated, and lubricating grease shall be added or replaced regularly depending on the application. After use, adjust the height and safety distance of the robot gripper to the appropriate position. The channels around the truss robot shall be kept neat and unblocked, and no sundries shall be piled around. Regularly ask professional maintenance personnel for inspection or maintenance. If lubricating oil needs to be added or other problems are found after inspection, do not repair without permission, and ask professional personnel to repair.
