1. Air break protection device: one-way valve and air tank are used to ensure that the truss robot will not cause accidental injury after sudden air break, and can provide continuous and stable working pressure.

2. Low pressure alarm device: when the air source works abnormally, it will detect in real time and give a safety warning signal in time to remind the operator to take measures quickly.

3. Brake device: the link joints of the truss robot are equipped with a brake device to prevent the manipulator from rotating or loosening, which is used to park the manipulator after the work is completed.

4. Misoperation protection device: monitor the movement speed of the truss type robot manipulator to prevent accidental injury caused by rapid rise or fall of the manipulator during misoperation.

5. Booster device: When the on-site air source pressure is not high or stable, the booster device can be selected to increase the working pressure of the air source and ensure the normal operation of the system.

6. Load bearing limit protection device: when the truss type robot grabs the overweight workpiece, the manipulator will send an alarm, and the safety valve will open in case of serious overweight to prevent danger.
